How long will it take me to complete the assessment?
It generally takes participants 45 to 50 minutes to complete the task.
Can more than one person from a company take the assessment?
Yes, although it is recommended that the people who take the assessment are from different departments within the company. This way, you can get a well-rounded view of the company from different perspectives.
Will I get a score immediately after taking the assessment?
Yes, you will be emailed your score along with next steps.
Who do I contact if I have technical issues?
Contact us with a short description of your issue and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.
Is there a fee to take the assessment or use your personal consulting services?
There are no fees for the Inquisit Assessment, Learning Center, or our confidential one-on-one business consulting services. The Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Ohio Development Services Agency and Youngstown State University.
What size company should take the assessment?
Companies who have shown the most success have been in business more than 3 years. While newer companies will still benefit from the information, we have seen this time period allows business owners to have a good understanding of their customers, their needs, and how they can better serve them
